Delivery, returns and care

• Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days and costs €6, free on orders over €60. Express arrives the next working day for €14.

• Returns

Unused pens within 30 days. Opened ink bottles and used pads cannot come back, for obvious reasons.

• Care

Every pen comes with a converter, a printed care card and a cloth. Ink comes in glass with a wide neck so you can fill to the last drop.
